Those are Beth Overton’s grandchildren in the commercial and Jessica is Beth’s daughter. Jessica is also a midwife. She works now for the San Antonio Birth Center because she lives in San Antonio.

Please print these out and fill them in as best you can before your appointment. Bring them with you to your visit. We can help you fill in anything you need help with.
